We do not offer free shipping.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please contact us directly if you are interested in shipping outside of the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Responsibility for Shipments
Once a package leaves the warehouse, responsibility transfers to the customer.
In the event of a lost, delayed, or damaged shipment, the receiver must follow our documented receiving and claims procedures.

Claims that are not documented according to these instructions may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacements & Reshipments
If a shipment is lost or damaged and the receiver is not at fault, and replacement product is available, we may reship the product at our discretion.
